Beehave is priced per student, per year, with staff seats included — every teacher, aide and one-to-one who touches a plan is covered by the same figure. What changes between districts is the caseload, the artifacts you expect to generate, and whether a vendor agency needs its own access.
So there is no price list here. Tell us the four things below and we will send you a quote you can take to a purchase order.

What to put in the message
- How many students
- The count with an active service mandate, not total enrollment — that is the unit a quote is built on.
- Who else needs access
- Teachers, aides, one-to-ones, the behavior team. Staff seats are included, so this changes nothing about the price — it changes how we set the site up.
- Whether an agency serves you
- If a vendor agency provides your behavior staff, they can hold their own access to your district. Tell us who they are.
- Your fiscal year
- Districts buy on a PO against a budget approved before the year starts. We quote to your year, not ours.
